Mark McDonald

Mark works to assist commercial and residential clients to discover opportunities, resolve challenges, understand local planning rules and building codes, hire architects, engineers, and contractors, finalize designs, obtain permits, and manage facilities. Over the past 30 years he developed a national practice and has assisted hundreds of firms, individuals, and non-profits realize their dreams. Mark is a member of the International Code Council (ICC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Building Owners and Manager’s Association International (BOMA), the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA), Scrum Alliance, and the American Institute of Architecture (AIA). Mark is an InterNACHI trained home inspector and an AHERA Certified Building Inspector. Past clients include hundreds of individual home owners and corporations including Microsoft, Boeing, CBRE, Swedish Healthcare Services, Franciscan Health Services, Virginia Mason Healthcare, Veterans Affairs, and many others.
